• To secure your booking, please complete the booking process via our online booking page.

Although payment is processed upfront during the online booking, please note that your booking will only be confirmed upon signing our agreement, which we will send to you electronically and a £50 deposit will also need to be paid before your booking but it will be refunded to you within 24 hours as long as the studio is left with no damages and in working order after your visit. (we have CCTV in place in which we can check)

• a one off £50 deposit will need to be made for anyone who signs up for a membership and the £50 deposit will be returned 24 hours after you cancel your membership. 

• We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the intended use of the studio does not align with our company values & policies and all bookings are subject to availability.

• For any amendments or cancellations to your booking, you may do so free of charge up until 5:00 PM (gmt time) 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Simply email our team at info@purecontentstudios.com with your booking details, and one of our team members will respond within 24 hours.

• Please be advised that cancellations made after 5:00 PM, 7 days before the scheduled arrival, or failure to arrive for your booked slot, will result in forfeiture of your booking payment without eligibility for a refund but your £50 deposit will still be refunded.

• Booking slots/times cannot be transferred without prior notification. Clients must be checked in by presenting either an online booking confirmation or by booking through our reservations team.

• A standard non Commercial booking is for a maximum of 5 people in the studio at one time if you would like more than 5 people then simply email our team at info@purecontentstudios.com more than 5 people attending a standard non Commercial booking without prior consent from Pure Content Studios.

• A membership package is for a minimum of 3 months and can be cancelled within 24 hours before the next months payment and the membership will continue until you email our team at info@purecontentstudios.com
